
We’ve broken the Zoom barrier!
Every Wednesday night at 7:30 pm (EST), I will be running a 45 minute Yoga nidra, guided meditation class. You can find out more about these sessions here: https://tabithakot.com/online-yoga/ It is my hope that, over time, we can grow these online offerings to include the physical practice of Yoga as well. Stay tuned!
