Online Yoga

“Yoga nidra is a deep meditation that invites you to sit within yourself and listen to what the universe is really trying to tell you. Tabitha is a gentle guide, leading you to what you need. Each week you speak a wish as if it already is. Through this practice you seem to manifest it yourself. Nidra has allowed me to sit within myself in peace, finding fewer days where I feel as if I am being thrown around by the storm and more days I seem to sit within the calm eye. Some weeks discomfort finds me, showing me what is off balance in my world. Seeing this through nidra allows me to evaluate after practice to find how I can restore balance. Nidra is really about deeply being within the layers of our mind we tend to ignore or hide. “–Macaylah

“Attending Tabitha’s class in person was a great joy to me. At a time when I hadn’t truly moved much in a while and hadn’t taken time for myself to look inward, she was there. It took courage and determination for her to switch to online classes. It has challenged her as she wants to be pure and authentic to the kind of practice she has to offer. If you are looking for yoga that heals and a teacher that digs deep to connect…. you may find it here.”–Erin D.
